At Innovative Recruitment we offer Manual Dexterity testing, using the renowned MANDEX system.

This test measures the manual dexterity required in the assembly of mechanical objects. Candidates have to assemble structures consisting of various component parts under a time limit.

Hence these tests can be interpreted as straightforward job simulations.

The test is appropriate for many assembly jobs in manufacturing and production industries

This test does not require any educational qualification.

ALL tests used for the Commercial Sector above are also available to similar Industrial support positions plus:

Light industrial skills: Safety (Fire/Personnel), Safety (Vehicle/Warehouse), Maths, Count & Stack, Pick & Pack, Shipping / receiving, Forklift, Language, Ruler, shop math, Units / conversions.

We also carryout mandatory RCSA OH&S training for all employees placed into the Industrial sector.

All tests come complete with a certificate containing the name of the test, the participants name and test result.
